Inspired by the intricate relief etchings of Asian temples (candi), this "Buddha Stupa" pendant features a delicate replica of Goa Gajah, a famous Balinese shrine, using a 23.65 carat hand-carved carnelian agate, adorned with a 2 carat sugilite seated Buddha inside the niche. Faceted rare purple sapphires (.75 carats) accent the setting. This hand-fabricated masterpiece is designed with a versatile hinged bail that opens and closes, allowing it to easily fit over any chain or beaded necklace, and can be detached and used for hanging other pendants.
