"Muji" Stud Earrings (Orange Sapphire, 22k, 18k Gold)

The expert craftsmanship of these "Muji" stud earrings is unparalleled in our collection. These finely detailed, granulated studs were created by Carolyn's 92 year-old goldsmith who has been with the team for 33 years. Prior to joining her business, he made elaborate jewelry for the high priests of Bali, specializing in the art of "jawan"--placing minute spheres of 22k gold to create a pattern on the design (note how the granule sizes are graduated from small to large along the edge of the flower shape). These spectacular studs feature .23 carats of vivid orange sapphires, faceted in 3mm rounds. 5/8” diameter, with 18k posts and larger custom earring backs for comfort and security. Our only pair!
