A sparkling 41 carats of teardrop-shaped Swiss blue topaz in these "Polos" detachable drops for hook earrings will bring the bling to any ensemble. Handmade and set in 18k yellow gold with 22k gold granulation detail. Shown with our "Susie Spiral" matching studs (sold separately), these vivid cool blue charms look equally stunning with many of our other earring tops (we suggest: "Honey Flower" or the more tailored "Sharon Slice" styles).
