"Seaweed Serpent" Cuff Bracelet (Australian Opals, Black Coral, Ruby, 18k Gold)

Three sinuous snakes are hand-carved into a hefty piece of Indonesian black coral, encircling this one of a kind "Seaweed Serpent" cuff bracelet. Their eyes sport .46 carats of marquis-shaped faceted rubies, and 18k gold vines and leaves weave around the snake's finely detailed bodies, in which 46 carats of Australian Lightning Ridge blue opal natural ironstone doublets are interspersed. Pay close attention to the expert carving--the craftsman achieved the near-impossible feat of shaping a single chunk of black coral into three intertwined snakes, and managed to file-out the space under the largest one's mouth to create a "tongue", and then topped off his maestro move by setting an opal UNDER it, displaying next-level mastery.
